Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR) Reporting

Compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules is vital. The Law Society takes a very strict view of continued serious non- compliance and have a very strong experienced Forensic Investigation department. We will report on you compliance each year and bring to the attention of the partners those area’s where breaches have occurred and where procedures can be improved.

Partnership taxation and partners Tax Returns
